To process credit cards through QuickBook's Enterprise Solutions
Simply enter the payment data into the Receive Payment screen as you normally would, then click the box titled "Process Credit Card When Saving" to charge your customers credit card. That's it! You can also record and process credit card transactions through the Sales Receipts and Credit Memo screens in a similar fashion in your QuickBooks software.
Enter credit card information in QuickBooks
After entering the amount of the sale on the Receive Payment screen, QuickBooks will prompt you to enter your customer's credit card information. Once this is done, click submit and the credit card will be processed!
To view and print a receipt in QuickBooks
After the transaction is approved, payment receipt is shown that can be reviewed and printed. You can also void an erroneous transaction right off the displayed receipt window.
To process face to face Credit Card transactions through QuickBooks Merchant Services
If you do face-to-face transactions, use our card reader. Credit Card data will be automatically transmitted to Enterprise Solutions and you can take advantage of our low 1.64% card-swiped rate.
