Organic Food Recalls on the Rise

Last year it was reported that organic foods accounted for 7% of all food recalls nationwide.  That figure was up from 2% in 2014, and just 1% in 2013 and 2012. That trend line should be expected to grow in 2016 for no reason other than the fact that the organic food market is also steadily growing.
