Useful A/R Reports

There are several, much-improved A/Rreports, with an informative, visual design:

• CASH RECEIPTS HISTORY REPORT (by DATE or by CUSTOMER) - Allows you to view and print a cash receipts history report — great for reconciling cash application with your customers

• A/R AGING REPORT (with DETAILS or in SUMMARY) - The Summary report prints one line per customer — great for A/R collections management. Summary or detail, the balance of each document (“apply-to”) is shown in one column, and then printed in one of 4 aging columns for ease of viewing aging.

• A/R TRIAL BALANCE REPORT - Similar to the A/R Aging Detail report, it prints the Number of Days after the invoice balance, plus the A/R Reference for each document, to help you identify Sales Orders, Customer PO’s, etc. for the documents.
