Centralize the information and documents within your organization, and allow all members of your team to share this knowledge.  Documents are contrrolled via security, revisions, etc. and can originate from outside or inside Synergy.  Documents can be stored in any format or file type within one, central, secure, searchable SQL database rather than everywhere on your network.  Documents are stored once, and can then be referenced to projects, customers, employees and transactions as necessary.  Update one central version of a document, and it is automatically updated for your website or other use, without further maintenance required elsewhere.

Synergy is highly customizable and configurable right out of the box, allowing development of custom workflows, development of document management logic, etc.  But often your business has unique requirements that dictate additional data capture, unique process management.  With the Synergy SDK, you can modify all three layers of the system - the User Interface, the underlying Database, and the Business Objects (COM) to meet specific business demands.  Import and export data via XML, use Visual Basic, .NET and SQL programming tools.  There are no limits with Synergy and the Synergy SDK.
