Full Value Support – Typically billed quarterly, this plan is designed to work on a budget that we mutually determine will satisfy your requirements for technical support and other assistance to keep your system and users operating efficiently. It incorporates “rollover minutes” if you don’t use your entire budget in any given quarter.

Unlimited Support - this plan is designed for a company that wants complete management of their Macola system handled under one predictable budget. It includes not only technical support, but all aspects of your Macola training, reporting and day to day oversight of your Macola system.

Macola Cloud Hosting Services

The Attivo Group provides application hosting using state of the art, secure data centers (SAS70 certified) to host your Macola software applications and eliminate the need for on-site servers.
