2. Design
Based on our analysis we will

to meet your needs. Then, we will plan and design all aspects of your
software system:
- Overall Architecture - The software applications and information flow that your system will need.
- Configuration - System personalization, problem solving, process redesign and development of any customizations required.
- Forms and Reports Design - Customized to meet your needs and match the look and feel of your corporate branding.
- Data Conversion - We'll identify data

3. Train

4. Test
Before going live we'll guide you
through a "pilot test." This practice exercise is designed to ensure a
smooth transition to your new software system. Using a subset of your
actual data, we'll complete an in-depth system test by simulating a day
in the life of your business.
5. Support
When it's time to go live The
