Program Description

What is Attivo willing to do for you?

We are providing more than $25K in Exact ERP/CRM Software as our investment in your company. This software will be licensed to you, and paid for by The Attivo Group. This is a complete 5-user system; additional users or advanced tools will be provided at a 30% discount.

We believe so strongly in this software, that we’re willing to make an investment in your company.

Attivo will provide all implementation, training and ongoing support services. For qualifying clients, we even provide California Employment Training Panel reimbursement assistance so that you may recover some of the implementation costs from the State.

Why would we do that?

We understand that the economy isn’t the greatest right now, and that money is tight. A compelling financial proposal is very critical to undertake this type of project.

We know that in order for your company to achieve your growth goals, change is imminent and investment in business systems will be required.

What is your part in this partnership?

You pay for the required implementation services, which must be provided by The Attivo Group, as well as software maintenance and telephone technical support. At your option, payment for these services can be made on a retainer basis or can be 100% financed for 3-5 years by Attivo (OAC).

Attivo purchases a fully integrated Exact Macola ES and Synergy system for you, which includes:

How does this work?

Contact us so we can discuss your unique requirements. We will provide a demonstration of the software, and review our implementation methodology with you. Assuming everything still makes sense, we will schedule an on-site meeting to conduct a thorough needs assessment. We will then provide a formal proposal and scope of work for the implementation services, as well as software license agreement, etc. for your review and approval.

When do we start and how long will this take?

Once agreements are in place, we can start within a few days. Our team begins the implementation with a comprehensive business process assessment, defining the details for the project scope and implementation plan.

Analyzing your business and recommending process improvements requires leadership and experience. The Attivo Group excels in optimizing processes for manufacturers, distributors and service companies.

Installation and training begins within a few weeks. Implementation time is 60-120 days; 90 days is typical.
