The main point I made was that although the top reasons for getting certified is typically the "arm-twisting" directly from customers or from corporate mandates responding to industry pressure, the seemingly unexpected result is that increased efficiency and improved financial performance ranked as high as third in the list of benefits cited in surveys from the
International Association of Accredited Registrars (The organizations that would come out to audit & certify you)
