Macola Technical Support from The Attivo Group plans are designed to meet the individual requirements of every business. Whether you're a small business with only a limited number of modules and users or a full-blown manufacturer using the full complement of e-Business solutions, we have the plan you need to maximize your system investment and keep your operation running as efficiently as possible. Not only are we flexible in designing a support plan for your particular needs, we include other day to day needs such as online training sessions, report writing, or other implementation requirements in our plan.

We offer two types of Macola Support Plans:
Full Value Support – Typically billed quarterly, this plan is designed to work on a budget that we mutually determine will satisfy your requirements for technical support and other assistance to keep your system and users operating efficiently. It incorporates “rollover minutes” if you don’t use your entire budget in any given quarter.
Unlimited Support - this plan is designed for a company that wants complete management of their Macola system handled under one predictable budget. It includes not only technical support, but all aspects of your Macola training, reporting and day to day oversight of your Macola system.
Macola Cloud Hosting Services
The Attivo Group provides application hosting using state of the art, secure data centers (SAS70 certified) to host your Macola software applications and eliminate the need for on-site servers. All of these services can be included in one low monthly fee. The Attivo Dedicated Cloud Service provides unique servers for your requirements, completely separate from other client data or systems. The hassle of daily data backup is eliminated…we provide complete backup and recovery services in the plan.
